The founder’s role
David Casseus
Founder & Strategic Architect
David guides from judgment, not ego.
Pattern recognizer across industries. Escalation point for complexity. Guides strategic direction and ensures every mandate maintains WizeBA’s standards.
He is present for complex decisions, high-stakes client situations, and strategic direction. His job is judgment: knowing when to simplify, when to push back, and when a client is ready for the next phase.
A decade spent building, turning around and running businesses from 10 to 100 employees has given him a compass: clarity before method, ownership before tools, execution before slides.
- Pattern recognition across 50+ organisations
- Strategic escalation point for complex mandates
- Guardian of WizeBA consistency and quality standards
- Commercial judgment: knowing when to say no, when to extend, when to redo
"My job is not to deliver for you. It’s to build the system that lets you deliver after we’re gone. If you still depend on WizeBA a year in, we failed."
— David Casseus

Why WizeBA exists
Growing businesses face a recurring pattern.
Founders and leaders build momentum through excellence, intuition, and hustle. But when the business hits 15–25 employees, that model breaks. Complexity grows faster than structure. Decision-making becomes reactive. Tools multiply but ownership doesn’t clarify.
Most advisors prescribe frameworks. But frameworks without context, without judgment, without someone who understands your specific business, they’re expensive theater.
WizeBA exists to fill that gap. We work behind the scenes as your external COO, not to implement a theory, but to build the actual operating system your business needs.
Confidentiality & trust
Why client names stay private.
Regulated & competitive environments
Many clients operate in industries where transparency about operational changes creates competitive or compliance risk. Anonymity is a feature, not a limitation.
Bespoke work cannot be copied
WizeBA’s work is contextual. What works for a manufacturing business in Quebec doesn’t work for a tech services firm in Vancouver. Sharing details would dilute both confidentiality and credibility.
Outcomes matter more than names
We measure success by transformation: clarity, execution rhythm, leadership confidence. That’s what clients remember. The names are incidental.
