WizeBA complies with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Québec Law 25). This page describes our governance framework.
1. Privacy Officer

2. Consent and transparency
We collect personal information only with your informed consent. Each form clearly states the purpose, the retention period, and your right to withdraw consent at any time.
3. Your rights under Law 25
- Right of access to your personal information.
- Right of rectification.
- Right to withdraw consent.
- Right to data portability (effective since 2024).
- Right to request de-indexing of personal information online.
4. Confidentiality incident response
In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we notify both the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec and the affected individuals without delay, as required.
5. Cross-border transfers
When personal information must be transferred outside Québec, we conduct a privacy impact assessment before the transfer and ensure contractual protections equivalent to those under Québec law.
