By using WizeBA you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the authority to bind the organization you represent, if any.
2. Our services
WizeBA provides business consulting, operational mapping, training, playbooks, and AI integration services. Specific deliverables are defined in the engagement letter signed by both parties.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity of our systems.
- Reproduce or redistribute our proprietary content without written consent.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the WizeBA website: text, graphics, methodology, logos, trademarks, is the property of WizeBA or its licensors. The WizeWay methodology is proprietary.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizeBA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
